Join us for an intimate evening with spirit at
Nelles Manor Museum!
During this paranormal investigation, we will open the veil between worlds, and connect with the spirits of Nelles Manor, hearing their stories and learning about their lives. We always approach investigations as a means of discovery and communication, respecting the sanctity of the building and the souls that still reside.
Built between 1788 to 1798, the walls of Nelles Manor echo the celebration and tragedies of four generations. Nestled in the historic Town of Grimsby, Nelles Manor was home to Colonel Robert Nelles and family, who were United Empire Loyalists. The Manor would also become home to British local militia during the War of 1812. The Manor went through a number of renovations over the last two centuries, with the Manor becoming apartments in the 1950s. The Manor was purchased by Barry and Linda Coutts in 1971 and over time restored back to its original style. In 2015 Barry and Linda donated the Manor and it became Nelles Manor Museum in 2016. They established the charitable nonprofit Nelles Manor Heritage House Organization that oversees the protection and preservation of this 225 year old house.

Join us as we explore the hidden stories and messages embedded within the history of its walls.
This 3-hour event will begin with an introduction to psychic development and a brief training on how to conduct a paranormal investigation including tools and techniques, from both a spiritual and scientific lens. You will be taken through the Manor on a guided tour, learning about its history, and having ample time to investigate paranormal activity throughout. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in some group investigation experiences , and we’ll end the evening with a Seance, as we connect to the other worlds and communicate with the spirits that still reside. Before the event concludes, we will come together to discuss our experiences and share our stories.

About your guide
Lauren Holder
As a Spiritual Guide and Paranormal Investigator Teacher, Lauren is obsessed with learning more about the worlds beyond ours. She has facilitated soul readings for many people, and now focuses her time on teaching others how to communicate with the spiritual realm through her virtual certification and workshops, retreats & ghost hunts. When she’s not speaking with spirit, you can find her cuddling/walking her two dogs, exploring museums, antique shopping, and spending time with her family and friends.
